I've been here since 1983
It's hard to believe, but I arrived here over 20 years ago as a Freshman at Pacific Lutheran University. Since that time, I've grown to love the area and enjoy watching Tacoma grow and change. Back then there were still stoplights on Highway 16. Now we're adding a 2nd bridge across the Narrows.
My Real Estate Career Started 10 years later
After graduating and spending a few years working in public accounting, I decided to take the leap into selling real estate because it fit my personality so well. I love working with people and I believe there is nothing better to buy than real estate. I began with John L. Scott and enjoyed 4 years there. Then I met my future broker Dick Beeson, another agent Ken Brown, we became close friends and I decided to join them with the new Tacoma North Windermere Office. Now I'm completing my 9th year here at Windermere and the office has changed somewhat as we are all Desk Fee agents.
The office has changed but I have stayed here
In February of 2006 the Windermere Tacoma North office moved a couple of blocks away. I have stayed in the same building along with a few of the Tacoma North Agents and welcomed in several top producing Desk Fee agents. We plan on adding several more agents this year who are interested in maximizing their income potential, and who have worked in the industry for several years.
The future looks great
After nearly 13 years helping hundreds of families buy and sell real estate, I think the future looks fantastic. The market remains strong, and most of my business comes from repeat and referral clients. I welcome new clients and expect to keep helping people for many years to come.
